Buying at Heritage Estates  ::  Overview

We work hard to make the buying process as easy as possible at Heritage Estates, and to offer different buying options to suit the unique needs of each buyer's situation.

In most cases, the buying process proceeds as follows:

  • A buyer decides makes a 30 day reservation on a specific lot in Heritage Estates.
  • During the 30 day period, the buyer and project manager work together to finalize the buyer's options and upgrades and to determine final pricing.
  • The buyer then enters into a standard "Residential Contract to Purchase".
  • Construction on the home ensues, and settlement takes place once construction is complete.
